 The Building Department is located in the City Hall Building. The City of Robinson Building Official is Tracy Lankford. Mr. Lankford reviews and approves all pre-construction plans and issues all building permits.
The permit application is available online and may be completed, printed and submitted to the Receptionist at City Hall. Following review and approval, applicants will be notified to pick up and make payment for the permit.
Additionally, the Building Official or his qualified designee makes all inspections. Preferably, a 24-hour notice is required for inspections. Requests for inspections should be made to the Receptionist at 254-662-1415.
