THE ROBINSON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE AND MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET ON TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2008 AT 4:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL ROOM AT ROBINSON CITY HALL, 111 WEST LYNDALE, ROBINSON, TEXAS TO CONSIDER AND ACT ON THE ITEMS ON THE FOLLOWING AGENDA

1.         Call to order.
2.         Approve minutes: April 15, 2008.
3.         Financial report.
4.         Review, amend, and recommend approval of  updated Bylaws of the Economic Development Committee.
5.         Discuss possible fund raising events.
6.         Briefing on Business Retention and Expansion (BRE) interviews with current businesses.
7.         Activity report - infrastructure construction, subdivision work.
8.         Adjourn.
