PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

PUBLIC NOTICE

THE CITY OF ROBINSON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION WILL MEET ON TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2008 AT 6:15 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL ROOM AT ROBINSON CITY HALL, 111 WEST LYNDALE, ROBINSON, TEXAS TO CONSIDER THE ITEMS ON THE FOLLOWING AGENDA.

 

1.         Call to order.

2.         Invocation.

3.         Roll call.

4.         PUBLIC HEARING*: Request of Jimmy Cotton to rezone from R-1 (Single-family residential) to C-3 (heavy commercial) an additional approximate 5.03 acres out of a 16.910 acre tract in the Carlos O’Campo Grant, Abstract No. 32 as recorded in Volume 1224, Page 754 of the Deed Records of McLennan County, Texas.  The property is located at 745 N. Robinson Dr. with the frontage property already zoned C-3.

5.         Discussion, consideration, action, if any, re: Request of Jimmy Cotton to rezone from R-1 (single-family residential) to C-3 (heavy commercial) an additional approximate 5.03 acres out of a 16.910 acre tract in the Carlos O’Campo Grant.

6.         PUBLIC HEARING*: Request of Brian J. Brown dba Brown 77 Building, LLC, to rezone from R-1 (single-family residential) to C-3 (heavy commercial) the remainder of Lot 3, Block 17, an approximate 0.6 acre, of the Original Town of Robinsonville as recorded in Volume 2003021566 of the Deed Records of McLennan County, Texas.  The property is located at 502 S. Robinson Dr. with the frontage property already zoned C-3.

7.         Discussion, consideration, action, if any, re:  Request of Brian J. Brown dba Brown 77 Building, LLC, to rezone from R-1 (single-family residential) to C-3 (heavy commercial) the remainder of Lot 3, Block 17, an approximate 0.6 acre, of the Original Town of Robinsonville.

8.         Board member comments and/or questions.

9.         Adjourn.

*Public Hearings will be held in accordance with procedures set forth in Resolution R-95-011, adopted by the City Council on June 13, 1995.
